Where do you ship?

We ship to customers worldwide. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is calculate at the point of sale and will show in your cart when you are ready to checkout. 

For orders over £150, you can enjoy free shipping worldwide! This will be calculated automatically as you add items to your basket. 

 On all orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are a flat fee depending on your delivery country. This will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address and ahead of payment. 

When will I receive my order? 

We aim to have all orders delivered within 5 working days from the time you place your order. 

If you are concerned that your order is running late and you are having difficulty tracking it, please get in touch via info@thirteenmonths.co.uk so that we can help locate your order. 

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to visit the courier's website and track your order whilst it is on its way to you. Your tracking number will be sent to you wither via email or phone or both, depending on which method of communication you choose. 

What is your returns and exchanges policy? 

We make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information, and our Returns Portal to process a return. Here you will be able to return items or exchange your product for store credit to spend on another item when you are ready. 

Please note, the product must not show any signs of usage or wear. If you think your product is damaged, please get in touch with us via info@thirteenmonths.co.uk and we will look into replacing it for you.
