We are currently only shipping to customers in the UK. We hope to expand internationally as soon as possible! 

Shipping is calculated at the point of sale and will show in your cart when you are ready to checkout. 

For orders over £150 you can enjoy free shipping worldwide! This will be calculated automatically as you add items to your basket.

On all orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are a flat fee depending on your delivery country. This will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address and ahead of payment.

We aim to have all orders delivered within 5 working days from the time you place your order. 

Please note that as a result of COVID-19 many couriers are prioritising deliveries and, as a result, deliveries may take longer than usual.

If you are concerned that your order is running late and you are having difficulty tracking it please get in touch via info@thirteenmonths.co.uk so that we can help locate your order.

You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to visit the courier's website and track your order whilst it is on its way to you. Your tracking number will be sent to you either via email or phone or both, depending on which method of communications you choose.

We make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on returns and exchanges and our Returns Portal to process a return.

Here you will be able to return items or exchange your product for store credit to spend on another item when you are ready!

Please note, the product must not show any signs of usage or wear. If you think your item is damaged please get in touch with us via info@thirteenmonths.co.uk and we will look into replacing it for you.

We accept payments via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and most other major credit cards. You can find all the options at the bottom of the home page and at checkout.

All items are suitable for machine wash at 30 degrees and should be air dried.

Yes! We like to treat our regular customers & followers. To make sure you always hear first about our exclusive offers sign up to our mailing list and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

We use material that is either recycled and/or recyclable. All our products come in kraft boxes which is a 100% recycled material. It's brown colour is due to it being uncoated and unbleached, making it chemical free, and easier to recycle after use. We also use recycled paper and tissue paper to fill each box, keeping your product secure. The stickers we use to fasten the tissue paper which hold each product are also biodegradable.
